Bom pessoal, vamos resolver uma problema grave que acaba irritando muita gente ...pois sem o app Safari e Mail e um pouco difícil .
E muito simples,segue os passos:
1. Entra no Cydia e desinstala o AppSync para iOS7 e reinicia seu dispositivo
2. Vai no Cydia novamente e se você tiver instalado afc2add desinstala. e reinicia seu dispositivo.
3. Ultimo passo e instalar o iFile ( entra no Cydia e procura por iFile e instala)
4. Abre o iFile e vai em var\mobile\library\caches onde precisa excluir o arquivo:
com.apple.launchservices-054.csstore
com.apple.mobile.installation.plist
Para excluir clica em Edit no canto direito e seleciona os 2 arquivos e depois e só clicar na lixeira.
Reinicia seu dispositivo !!!
Agora pode reinstalar o AppSync para iOS 7

1. Open Cydia and navigate to the "Manage" section, then the "Packages" section.
2. Uninstall Appsync, then respring your device
3. Install iFile (if you haven't already)
4. Open iFile and navigate to /var/mobile/Library/Caches (or User/Library/Caches as they are the same, just a shortcut)
5. Delete the following 2 files from this file:
- "com.apple.LaunchServices-054.csstore" (your numbers may be different, I'm not sure, but just find the similarly named file. There's only 1 like it)
- "com.apple.mobile.installation.plist"
6. Close iFile and reboot your iPhone (Don't freak out, if you did this right your AppStore installed app icons will be gone but reappear almost immediately)
7. Make sure that your previously-crashing apps now open properly (which they now should).
8. Open Cydia and re-install AppSync for iOS7
9. You are now finished. All apps should open and AppSync will be fully functional.
